You can return agreatdog Chow, Shih Tzu or Sheltie Puppy to us, subject to the following Return Policy
Because we realize and understand that circumstances can change, or a puppy is not always a "Good Fit", we have created a return policy.
We can take a puppy back and try to place it in a new home. We will offer 20-90% of purchase price, depending on the circumstance, when and if the puppy finds a new home.
Shipping charges are not considered in the return policy.
All of our puppies are microchipped for identification of origin and if ever turn up abandoned or unwanted, will always have a home here with us, no questions asked.
