All agreatdog Chow Puppies, Shih Tzu Puppies and Sheltie Puppies have a Limited Lifetime HEALTH GUARANTEE (Refund or replacement only)
While we strive to breed only perfect puppies, problems sometimes may occur.
We offer a limited lifetime health guarantee on our puppies for these situations:
Any congenital defect that diminishes the puppy's quality of life.
Any typical breed-related problem that will reduce or diminish the quality of life of a puppy and can be directly attributed to our breeding practices.
There are some health problems that could occur within the first 5-10 days after your puppy’s arrival. Many of these problems are minor and could be due to stress and will generally self-correct. However, our Health Guarantee may cover certain expenses if they are shown to be due our breeding practices or within generally recognized incubation periods from the transfer date. We are always available to help and will offer advice and/or recommendations to you that may save you heartaches and future expenses.
We must be contacted and consulted within 24 hours after problems were first observed and before any treatment begins (unless it is an emergency life threatening situation).
Proper Veterinary documentation is required for each claim.
Depending on the circumstance, claims will be settled either in the form of a replacement puppy or a refund the purchase price of the puppy only.
If you choose to pursue and seek treatment without contacting us, you are on your own and we will not be able to help you.
Breeding voids all guarantees.
As shipping charges are paid to others, those charges cannot be refunded.
