Potty Park Grass

The fibers have a UV protection coating and can withstand the damaging effects of urine, sun, heat, wind, snow, and ice. The drainage is very similar to natural grass. The turf backing has many perforated holes allowing for urine/water to drain vertically and pass through to the reservoir below.

It’s safe for children and animals alike.  Synthetic grass eliminates allergies and research shows children and animals have fewer injuries when playing on turf as compared to other ground covers.  Dogs rarely dig into artificial grass and it is almost impossible for them (even the largest dogs) to dig through the grass.  When done playing, the dogs will not itch like with regular grass.

Resevoir

Antimicrobial High Density Polyethylene is used for the frame, sub-floor, base, splash walls, and reservoir.
AHDPE machines extremely well, has good chemical resistance, high rigidity/impact resistance, light weight, very low moisture absorption, and high tensile strength.  This makes it a good choice for an array of product such as milk, water, and juice bottles, yogurt and margarine tubs, cutting boards, dog houses, dog crates, cat litter pans, etc.

How it Works

Potty Park™ pheromone enhanced synthetic grass surface lets your dog know this is where to relieve themselves.  Simply place Potty Park™ where you wish your dog to relieve itself.  When your dog urinates on the grass surface the liquid drains through perforated holes and is channelled into the large 1 Gallon reservoir below.  Simply empty daily contents at your convenience.  When your dog defecates on Potty Park™, remove the waste at your earliest convenience as if you were at the park.

Potty Park's™ Antimircoribial/Antibacterial polyethylene build materials ensure a clean and safe product for you and your dog and your entire household..  Potty Park™ is resistant to odors, bacteria, moisture absorption, fungi, and mold.

Maintenance

Daily: Rinse the synthetic grass surface of the Potty Park™ with approx. 1/2 a gallon to 1 gallon of cold water. Allow time to drain into the reservoice, then empty the contents into a toilet.

Weekly: In addition to the daily rinse, once per week simple wipe the back of the synthetic grass mat and Potty Park™ unit surface are with a damp cloth or sponge.
